Our policy

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We internationally ship 10 to 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items are only refundable if the product is damaged or broken. All we would need are the pictures/videos of the damaged products. If the order is not delievered in 60 days customer can send up their issues in email we will compensate their amount.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once the photos/videos are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have verified the damaged product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days after GST at 18%, shipping fees, RTO fees or 5% transaction fees, whichever is applicable.
The refund when applicable will be processed within 5-9 business days.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Shipping Policy:

1. Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2-4 working days.
2. Standard shipping PAN India: 5-9 working days.
3. International Shipping: 10-12 working days.
        • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.             Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
